The Fairmont Cardinal football  team won  in the State Class AAA  playoff semifinals on  Saturday defeating Perham by  a score of 29-14.  The Cardinals will play for the State Championship on  Saturday Nov. 24  at 1 pm against Rochester Lourdes who defeated Pierz 25-20 in  the  semifinals.
